We went on the ghost tour of the Mansion. It is a gorgeous old sandstone building with just beautiful timber panneling (there are no more cedar trees left on the property and the I could see why!). Alas, we couldn’t find / spot / sense / feel a ghost while we were walking the floorboards! But we did spot General Douglas Macarthur’s chair and desk and of course I just had to check it out! Absolutely the most wonderful chair I have sat in! Felt like I had to give a few orders – but nobody listened sigh!
