Before the flight home from my Port Macquarie based school visits last week, Saturday morning found me holding a writing workshop at the Glasshouse in at Port Macquarie. We were small in number but the eight young ladies and I, we had heaps of fun. So thanks to Vana and to Skye Frost (the Public Programs & Audience Development @ the Glasshouse) for arranging the gathering.
Our 90 minutes were soon swallowed up with character development. We were writing some very descriptive characters, creating descriptions of room objects and story plot outlines. Ideas were flowing and I even had to stop the writers from writing … otherwise we might still be there! Hope you were able to use all those wonderful ideas and starts.
